Central Cancer Network - Plans/Reports
The Central Cancer Network has a Crown Funding Agreement (CFA) through a lead District Health Board and Chief Executive Officer Sponsor (Capital and Coast). The network is built on existing regional and local structures and relationships.
The annual work programme is endorsed by regional stakeholders and provided to the Ministry of Health by 20 July each year.
The Network is accountable through the provision of six monthly reports to the Ministry of Health. Quarterly reports are provided to the CCN Governance Group, work groups, regional collaborative forums, Ministry of Health and New Zealand Cancer Control Steering Group, Cancer Control Council and stakeholders. From 2010 quarterly reports will be replaced with a quarterly newsletter.

CCN 6 monthly Indicators Report
This report brings together data which is currently available to present a ‘joined up’ view of several cancer related indicators. It also captures commentary from service providers or other experts about what the data tells us about the current state of service delivery in our region.
The report is likely to be of interest to a wide range of stakeholders, including the CCN Governance Group and Local Cancer Networks, who can use the information to assist with their monitoring roles and to inform their planning. We welcome your feedback on the usefulness of the report, its user-friendliness and any other ideas for future development.
