Objectives

  • Understand the national, regional and district planning context for 2012/13
  • Support the alignment of cancer control planning across the region
  • Strengthen stakeholder ownership of the network

    • Outcomes

    Agree a set of cancer control priority areas for 2012/13 to inform the following plans:

  • Regional Services Plan
  • CCN Work Plan
  • DHB Annual plans
  • Local Cancer Network work plans

    • Attendees

    Include CCN Governance Group, Local Cancer Network Chairs, DHB Cancer Managers, Chairs CCN Work Groups, WBCC/RCTS Medical Heads, Primary Care, TAS, Lead CEO, DHB Maori Managers, Consumer Representatives
